Job duties
- Art direction of projects and other designers
- Conceptual creation of website designs
- Project management of projects
- Coordination with clients on their design needs
- Web development coordination
- Project scheduling and timelines
- Managing other programmers and designers

Requirements
- Artistic
- Loves the Web
- Creative
- Experience doing some form of art direction
- Experience managing projects
- Ability to lead a team of other designers/developers
- Flash Experience
- Expert in Photoshop, Illustrator
- Familar with the basics of building a website
- Experience running reports in excel, word.
- Experience talking with clients
- Able to distinguish good websites from bad websites
Beneficial
- Some form of degree in design, web, etc.
Personal Skills
- Ambitious, willing to learn, organized, meticulous
- Excellent managerial and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of the Internet
- Can work well in a team setting
- Basic HTML knowledge
